This Privacy Policy explains what information Mound Report ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Account information: email address, name, and role (coach or athlete), created when you sign up or redeem an invite link.
Athlete profile & intake data: information an athlete submits, which may include age, position, measurables, training goals, mental-game notes, injury history, and links to video recordings.
Coach-authored data: mechanics breakdowns, training programs (throwing, strength, mobility), and notes a coach creates about an athlete.
Progress data: metrics (e.g. velocity, bodyweight, lift numbers) and progress video links logged over time.
Messages: the contents of messages exchanged between a coach and their athlete within the Service.
Payment information: for coach accounts, subscription and billing details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
Technical data: basic session/authentication cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We use the information above to operate the Service: displaying an athlete's data to their coach (and vice versa), gating access to features based on subscription and approval status, processing payments, and communicating with you about your account.
We share information with the service providers that power Mound Report, specifically: Supabase (database hosting and authentication) and Stripe (payment processing). We do not sell personal information to third parties or share it for advertising purposes.
A coach and their own athletes can see each other's relevant data within the Service by design (that is the point of the product); a coach cannot see another coach's athletes, and an athlete cannot see another athlete's data.
Mound Report is intended to be used by athletes under the supervision of a coach, and in the case of minors, with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Athlete accounts are created only via an invite issued by a coach who has an existing relationship with that athlete — the Service is not openly available for children to sign up on their own. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information without appropriate consent, contact us using the information below and we will address it.
We retain account and athlete data for as long as the associated coach account remains active. If a coach deletes an athlete from their roster, that athlete's data is permanently removed. If a coach account is closed, its associated athlete data may be deleted.
Data is stored with row-level access controls so that coaches and athletes can only reach their own data, and access to the Service requires authentication. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Coaches can directly edit or delete athlete records from within the Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
